Bristol is brimming with rows of brightly coloured terraces and Brandon Villas was our contribution.
As striking as they are, the real brightness is behind the scenes. We bought the scheme from a
developer who couldn't make it work despite having already put in the foundations. So we rolled
up our sleeves up and converted the eight apartment, seven townhouse scheme into a revised planning
consent for fifteen apartments and five townhouses. It was the right outcome in the right place and in
keeping with the Bristol 'style'. Hats off to the team in another testing project successfully handed
over as the market was becoming tougher.
