We purchased this site with consent
for eighteen apartments and
immediately submitted an application
for twenty-four apartments and five
ground floor commercial units.
We negotiated with Pearce
Construction Limited and entered a
JCT 98 Design & Build contract.
The sale all of the apartments was
completed as one bulk sale to a
local investor. The office units
were sold as long leases into
pension funds.
