Existing planning consent for sixty
seven apartments and 3,000 sq ft
of commercial space. Negotiated
the build contract with John Sisk
and Sons and signed a JCT 98 Design
& Build contract. We appointed
Savills New Homes as sales agents
on the project and 75% of the
apartments were sold off-plan.

Why just develop a building when you can create a whole new quarter - Kings Quarter.
 In 2006, this particular area of Bristol lacked a real identity and therefore marketability. We recognised the opportunity to use this space to launch Kings Quarter, Bristol. The agents loved it; and the market followed - selling 75% of the 67 apartments off plan. We‘ve remained close to the scheme through investors and the feedback on clever space planning and quality specification is as great today as it was at launch. Not every new build scheme gets that level of experience at the coalface – and we know our purchasers would still recommend an Urban Creation property five years on – which means a lot to us. |
