This was our first full scale 'student accommodation' development - and what a great place!
 This
fantastic Bristol location couldn’t be any better, nestled perfectly between Clifton and the Triangle
– so close to everything – it’s like we planned it that way. Developed and launched in September
2010, it’s been fully occupied from day one and the tenants have openly said, “…these are the
best digs in the city”. Ironically, the building was originally a school, although we had to work super
hard to get the most out of the unusual space – delivering great living for 34 students in a
combination of self-contained and ‘hub-style’ apartments.
The scheme was also cleverly devised
to maximise the return on investment. The building was sensitively conceived; planning
consented; ‘built out’ and tenanted - all within an amazing ten months! So it’s working hard for the
students, the investors, the town planners and its very happy new owners who have now secured
a brilliant investment. We make that a win, win, win, win. |
